also if i dont send back the CTB form that they mailed to fill out by school? they cancel my benefits?
Re: Attending School and Continuing Benefits
What they will do when they obtain the information from your school will depend upon what information they obtain from your school.
If you choose not to apply for continuing benefits, you won't get them.

On the other side of the coin, failure to submit the document may trigger an investigation and you may be charged with fraud.

will i get in trouble for saying September 21 instead of august 21??
Re: Attending School and Continuing Benefits
Depends on who from EDD gets your form. Some people will over look it, some won't. Why didn't you just tell them Aug 22nd to begin with? If your taking classes at night or on the weekends, it won't matter....EDD won't care. They only care if you take classes during the day, when you could be looking for work.
Re: Attending School and Continuing Benefits
If you told a flat-out lie, and you received benefits for the time period covered by the lie, you'll likely end up repaying those benefits.
