Public Intox in Oklahoma

I about 2 years ago I got charged for public intoxication at a bachelor party gone wrong.

I'm just curious if there is any way for me to get it off of my record.

From what I have been able to find, Oklahoma offers expungment following the successful completion of a deferred sentence, for most misdemeanors after a ten-year waiting period, and for non-violent first offenders who have been pardoned. I am assuming this was a misdemeanor. So it appears that you would either have to wait eight more years or obtain a pardon before you could have the charge expunged.
