Payment for Air Travel After Relocation
I need help interpreting our decree specific to child support. I'll speak in the third person so you don't know if I'm the mother or father so you can be unbiased!
The mother left the original city with child. It was agreed that the mother would pay for all flights since she wanted to leave and the father didn't want child to leave. That is settled.
The father moved recently to new city, so according to decree below all flight costs are now split. Now father wants to move BACK to original city. Who's point wins... do they still split all costs or do they go back to mother paying for everything? Decree doesn't address this.
Here's the official decree:
It is ordered that should *FATHER* no longer reside in *CITY*, the costs for all tickets for the child shall be equally split between *MOTHER* and *FATHER*, and *MOTHER* and *FATHER* shall pay for their own tickets to accompany the child.

It would only factor in, if mom went back to court, made an motion for modification and the court granted the motion. The facts are relevant but the writing of the ruling is clear.
