Sponsoring Husband to Canada After USA Deportation
    Hello,

I am Canadian citizen that would like to sponsor my husband to Canada who is refugee in Austria.

We are unsure on what would be the best answer on following questions from the form:
Have you ever been ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
My husband was deported from USA in 2004 because of illegal board crossing. Moreove, he was ordered to leave Canada in 2005 when he arrived at airport without visa in passport.

List all trips you have taken outside your country of residence in the last ten years?
My husband travelled alot all over the europe. Is it necessary to indicate all the countries? He doesnt remember how many times he had been in some countries and the dates of travel, within Europe there are no stamps when you crossing boards. Can immigration check this information somehow if he will not be exact?

    thank you

You really need to speak with a Canadian immigration attorney. I can see several problems.

Where is your husband really from? Why is he schlepping around the globe? Very few of us know anything about Canadian law, however, we might be able to give some type of help.
