How Can I Get Access to My Niece

I have a question my sister lost custody of her 3 kids I took care of her kids for 4 years I'd watch them help them with their homework help them go to school now the father of youngest child got custody or I should say got temporary guardianship everything was fine he was letting me then you text me 2 days ago and said you can't talk to your niece anymore and he lives in Indiana and I live in Illinoiswill not give me an explanation I don't know what to do and I need some advice I tried to call and talk to him but he say leave me alone and I haven't done anything to him

You have no standing to sue for visitation, I'm sorry.

You can have whatever access your niece's parents allow. If the dad says you can't talk to her when she's in his care, unless he changes his mind you'll have to wait until your sister has visitation.
