I want out now

im 15 and i live with my mom and we dont get along at all my mom is willing to emancipate myself and my mom is willing to sign the papers my dad is not in the picture or his side of the family. i have moved out of my moms house already but my aunt <my moms sister> i lived with her nad her husband. i moved back in with my mom because of two reasons one she got rid of her ex husband and found another guy and second my uncle had open heart surgery. my mom said evrything would be different when i come back. for awhile it was but after a while it got back to the way it use to be. then i was like 13 couple years later i cant really stand the way she trreats me its not in a bad way but she makes me feel like she dont care if i want to emancipate her she seems like finally i've been waiting for you to say this now i can go on with my life. but then again i dont want to think like that. my mom and i dont get long for more than a day i promise you if i had a tape recorder u would be like wow thats a true hell house. well im just looking for some right answers. o0o just incase if this would be a good thing to know i have a boyfriend and ive known him for like my whole life but ive only dated him for 5 months in the begingin of october. but i also dated him before i moved to btu we got back together when i came back. but not right away. he has been talking to his parents and i know them and they understand my situation and they are willing to let me stay in there house. will the court accept my case for me to get emancipated i know i have to wait until im 16 and have to show i can support myself fiancialy and medical wise i have a part time job to have some money but my boyfriends parent r willing to support me to until i turn 18 just for reponisbility reasons. i am just looking for sime good answers and i nneed ot know more about the laws about it in FLorida please let me know Rhonda THanks

You really need to be able to support yourself to be emancipated and you need to finish school. If you mother is willing someone could be made your legal guardian, but it would be better that it be a relative not your boyfriend's family for reasons I don't need to go into.
