Filing for K-1 or K-3 Visa After Two Divorces
    Hi

    I am a US citizen.

I am looking for advice on what to do after two divorces, where I sponsored both for Green Card and ended in Divorce.

I would like to apply for K-1 or K-3 for my new love.

I am not looking for judgement, only legal advice.

Will the US Consulate or USCIS harass my new partner on my previous Divorces.

She is a very soft person and is not the type that can handle being drilled.

We are both of Indian origin.

As long as you can support ALL of your sponsored spouses/ex-spouses, should the need arise, there shouldn't be a problem.
