If You Have a History of Probation Violations and Revocation, Can You Get Probation
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
About 4 years ago my probation got revoked and I went to state jail for a year for the charge. Now I am facing two felony drug charges and I wanted to know if I am able to get probation since I had previously been on probation and it got revoked.
    Thanks.

Depending on the level of the felony charges, maybe not. Depending on the first felony charge, maybe not.

Every time you choose to commit a crime and are caught, you risk having the court decide that it needs to send a stronger message than the one that didn't work the last time you were caught committing a crime. The rest depends on the facts, including the exact crime charged - talk to your lawyer.
