    Hi!! I wanna ask a question about my case status.im in the middle of the divorce right now and I came here as a fiancé visa.im suppose to file a form to remove the condition on my green card,but I didn't file it because he doesn't wanna sign the papers and I can't waive it too because our divorce are not finalize yet.its still in the process.but I have a kid with him who is u.s citizen.i just gave birth 2months ago.im suppose to have my interview in two weeks,but I didn't file the forms.i really don't know what to do.are they gonna deport me because I didn't file the form to remove the condition on my green card?? I need help!! Thank you

    Okay - did your husband actually submit and file the paperwork? Are you actually a conditional permanent resident as of right now?

    Nope.hes not suppose to file it.im the one who suppose to file it.all I need is his signature but he doesn't wanna sign it that's why I didn't file it.and yes I'm a conditional permanent residence.but I have a kid with him who is u.s citizen too.i can't waive it because our divorce is not finalize yet.what should I do?

    No, I meant the original paperwork...but it's now clear that he did :)

    Have you tried to reschedule your interview date?

    He didn't filed anything.. I didn't reschedule my interview yet because I really don't know what to do and how to start.
