Creating Terms and Conditions for a Website
Note: I'm not starting a business, but I couldn't find anywhere else more appropriate for this.

When creating a website that allows user registration, there's pretty much always 'Terms and Conditions'. Are these required? Again, no business, just me creating a website.

    Thanks in advance!

    Re: Terms and Conditions
There's no law that says you have to have terms and conditions. It's just a way to put visitors on notice as to how you expect the site to be used. Other than banning people who don't agree with your conditions, you don't particularly have any good way to enforce them anyhow.
