My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio
"I was arrested at a party and charged with 6 counts of contributing to a minor plus underage but i understand my underage. I don't understand the contributing charges:confused:. I was 20. My rights didn't get read to me. How can i fight this. So i don't go to jail for something I didn't do:(

    You need an attorney.

You've given us very little to go on, I'm afraid. If you're 20, and you were drinking alcohol, then you're underage.

Even if you are under 21, you can still be charged with supplying alcohol to underage persons. It sounds like the cops believe that you are under 21 and possessed/consumed alcohol and that you provided alcohol to 6 other underage people. The reading of your rights would only be an issue if you were arrested, taken into custody, questioned, and made incriminating statements. Without more info about the incident, nobody can say what defense options you may have.
