Discovery Received - What Should I Do Next
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington

I received the discovery response (posted below). It looks like this is his standard response, but is there anything I can use here?

    Thanks guys!

Nobody was responding to the old post. Somebody on an old post said to start a new one when I got the discovery request if I wanted a response. Didn't mean to clutter anything up...

In fact, no one had responded to either thread. What is the easiest way to get a response on here?

I have NEVER seen a range with the distances he states in his statement. I would go and measure myself, you have this right.

And he determined it was accurate ? He never said the unit PASSED it tests, only that he performed the tests.

Never said he operated the LIDAR unit per manufacturer's guidelines or method.

And has this LIDAR undergone judical review? I cannot tell.

And there is the old (now old) right to confront the author of the certificate of calibration .... see melendez-diaz SCOTUS case and subsequent cases ...
