May I Take Few Pounds of Beach Sand Abroad
My question involves civil rights in the State of: Florida
Is it legal to take few pounds of sand from beach in US (Miami Beach) and take it abroad? I want to use it in my exotic aquarium in Europe but I dont want to have problems with TSA or Customs. Custom declaration form is not clear for me in this matter.

    Regards

How in the world do you imagine that this is a civil rights issue?

If you want to know the customs restrictions of a nation you plan to visit, investigate that nation's customs restrictions.

Call it souvenir of your beach visit.

I checked the name of each department in the forum and this seemed to me to be the most appropriate. Pleas let me know where should I move this topic if it is not correct place. I could not find "nation;s custom restrictions".

Obviously it's not correct. You have not even attempted to explain how you imagine this to be a civil rights issue.

This is a U.S. forum. Your question involves the laws of the nation to which you want to take the sand, and this is not one we would answer here - U.S. law only. Go find a forum for the laws of that nation and ask there, or inquire with their customs service.
