What's the Penalty for Being Caught in Possession of Hash

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado. Currently several people were taken in, all minors for the possesion of marijuana at first. But when it comes down to it there was paraphernilia, and 7 grams of hash between 4 people. What could be the consquences for this and what precautions should these people take?
