Is disorderly conduct a criminal conviction
    Hi,

I was given an underage drinking and disorderly conduct fine back in march of this year in Pennsylvania. It was a stupid night and was given the disorderly for not wanting to go to hospital after being struck in the face by another student. I'm curious, as I was not actually arrested and only fined - does this count as a criminal conviction? I'm entering the US to visit my girlfriend in november and need to know if I have to apply for a visa prior to the visit or not.

Thanks for any help - going crazy with worry as I don't want to let my girlfriend down.

Do you know if you were charged with violating a statute or an ordiance? If a statute, do you know which statute? If an ordinance, do you know the jurisdiction (city/town/township/etc.) which issued the ticket, and possibly the ordinance number?
