    don't take my statement as you shouldn't give her anything. If it is your child, even if you aren't mandated to give anything, morally you do owe for the support of your child.

    and, as I said, if you do not pay, she can always file for child support with the state who will impute an income and base the support on that. Depending on your training and education, it may well be above minimum wage which could result in a greater than that $100 minimum requirement.
