Can I Be Charged If I Let Minors Have Sex in My Bedroom
My question involves criminal law for the state of: California.

Ok I just moved out and now I live with one of my relatives.
I now live right next to my best friend.
I have my own room and I get to see my best friend a lot.
His sister has a boyfriend and she knows that I moved next to her house.
Her boyfriend comes over a lot to her house.
She was talking to me at the house I live in now.
She told me that she wants to have sex with her boyfriend already.
She doesn't have any other places to do it at so she asked me if I would let her and her boyfriend have sex in my room.

I told her I would think about it.
She is 15 and I think her boyfriend is 16-17 so what do you guys think?
Should I let her have sex in my room and is it legal?

If it's not legal at Mommy's house, it's not legal ANYWHERE.

It is illegal for the two of them to engage in sexual activity, and anyone who facilitates such an act can be charged with a variety of criminal offenses.

    The answer is, NO!

EDIT: And, after reviewing the posting history, I have to believe that this post is a put-on ...

Wait I thought 2 minors are legally allowed to have sex cause I know teens who are sexually active. They are both under 18.

Dude I'm not a troll these things happen.
How is that 2 minors having sex is illegal when it happens all the time?

    Read Penal Code 261.5.

Shoplifting happens "all the time" as well, but that doesn't make it legal. People exceed the speed limit "all the time," but that doesn't make it legal. I can post many things that people DO that are not lawful.

    Try these on for size:

    http://leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/displa...0&file=261-269

    http://leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/displa...file=281-289.6

So, now you KNOW the law and you can stop acting like a rutting hamster feigning ignorance of the law.

It sounds like you intend to record it or fantasize about it.
