    Biting Somebody in Self-Defense
    My question involves criminal law for the state of: New York
    A guy thought me took his friend's picture, so he gripping my shirt, I worry about my shirt, so I try to take away his hand, then he choking my neck, and I feel very hard to breath, so I bite his hand, but somehow the police still charge me assault...
    I will very appreciate for your opinions!

    This is very different from the direction of your other threads. There you assert your complete innocence. You seem to be getting in a lot of trouble with that camera lately.

    Petition for a lawyer through the court in which you are charged.

    If you need a translator to be present in court, make sure the court is aware of that as well.

    The court that give me a lawyer, but that lawyer not really care about me, he just spend two minutes for me, he didn't heard me to say the detail, and I don't know what the hell that I am used the same lawyer with that guy who suiting me.

    You already have an attorney - you need to be discussing this with your attorney.

    As MKIA also suggested, tell the court if a translator is required.

    But I use the same attorney with that guy who suiting me, don't you think it is too strange?
    And I not even know how to contact him to discuss my case?

    No, that guy is the defendant too, because I suiting him choked my neck. Can I demand the court change a public defendant?

    I really don't want to biting people, but in that situation biting people is my only way to save myself.

    Make sure your shots are up-to-date! That'd possibly be another charge.
