DUI First Offense, MIP Second Offense

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Nebraksa

My son is 18. He recieved his 1st DUI on 8-26-2012 and his 2nd MIP plus an open container. He previously has his a MIP and careless driving while he was 17, but was pentalized as an adult. What kind of penalities are we looking at this time?
