Emancipation of a 17 Year Old in Utah

I am 17 years of age, and I live in Utah. I am absolutly misrable at home, and wish to be emancipated. I've been working since october of last year and have nothing to show for it cause my mom takes and uses all my money. I should have had about a total of $10,000 saved up. I basiclly come home from school to get yelled at. I plain out cant get along with my family. Please help! Once again I am a 17 year old, and I live in the state of Utah if you happen to know anything on emancipation please help! Thank you!

I have no idea why children keep posting emancipation questions in the guardianship forum, but I guess that's why skywire missed the threads where we attempt to spoon feed kids on these matters.

Even if you had a chance to do so, you will have reached the age of majority by then and be free.

It is to bad we have children who think they are capable of supporting and caring for themselves, however, are to stupid to use internet search functions.

Being yelled at by your parents is not grounds for emancipation in any state.

The point is that children come here posting in the wrong forum, asking questions that have been asked many times, acting like peevish brats when they're told that they can't run away from home, and ignoring threads where they are literally walked through the law and issues.

If a child can't figure out the law from the stickied threads, one wonders about their ability to manage her life apart from somebody who can hand-hold her through the basics.
