You can't. Period.
There are no state provisions for emancipation in Pennsylvania. You cannot get married without parental consent. Getting pregnant will only render you pregnant, not emancipated. Just moving out will render you a runaway, and you can be dragged home by your ear by law enforcement.
If you're being abused, you call CPS. If their investigation concludes that you're in an abusive situation, you'll be placed in foster care.
Re: Should I Move Out or Not
I see your point. and theres no way im going to foster care. If i were to go to court to get empancipated, do you think i have a good enough reason to move out and get granted the empancipation. And i am going to talk to my school counselor about it and see if theres a way i can. I wouldnt mind getting married now but my parents wouldnt go for it. I sick of getting pushed around at home and being blamed for everything. and If i were to have my own child i could handle it because i pretty much raised my sister and im still taking care of her, my mom does nothing for us. she just ignores us and does whatever adn my dads never home, when he is all he does he say rude things to us and makes us not wanna be home. Id rather not say what he says because its too much for me to talk about.
Re: Should I Move Out or Not
You won't even come close to qualifying for emancipation. You can however file. Having a child does not emancipate you from your parents, in fact it proves you need more supervision. Moving to OH with your boyfriend, will give him the privilege of doing federal time, as in Mann Act.

Not by a long shot, cupcake. You're not even in the same STATE as a good enough reason, let alone the same ball park.
Besides, what part of There are no state provisions for emancipation in Pennsylvania did you not understand? (In case the answer is, all of it, that means, THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA WILL NOT EMANCIPATE A MINOR.)

Girly, you need to take a few more reading classes, because I already told you that emancipation is not an option in your state.

Yeah? You're going to go to school, work full time, and raise a baby? Or were you intending to drop out, remain an illiterate sot, and live on the dole?
Are you HIGH?

It amazes just how immature teens are these days. How do they convince themselves making stupid decisions and choices are good for them?
Re: Should I Move Out or Not
The rules in Pennsylvania vary by county - here's Lancaster County's information. In that county they appear to try to limit emancipation to a narrow purpose (e.g., seeking medical care) and it's subject to revocation. To know if emancipation is possible and on what terms, it would be necessary to find out what the court's are doing in fallingangelinlov's county. (For the record, fallen angels are more commonly known as demons, and the most famous as "the devil"; don't fall to far.)
"I want to shack up with my boyfriend" is not grounds for emancipation. "I am pregnant and I want to shack up with my boyfriend" is pretty much the opposite of an argument that would support emancipation - it screams immaturity and an inability to make responsible decisions or act without adult supervision.
