    Hi, Johnny.

Now we can carry on with whatever the heck it was we were doing.

I wonder what the judge will think when he finds out that dad has just published all his legal business and that of the child on the net, to be searched by everyone.

Especially when he wasn't consistent with the names and in some places calling himself John and then other places, calling himself Mr. XXX, whose ex's name is XXX and we can guess whose daughter's name is XXXbella.

    Lovely. And quite the genius.

As much as we're discouraged from feeding the trolls, this is just an FYI:

The Court of Appeals dismissed the OP's appeal. The matter is now closed.

    (Not unexpected in the slightest)

you think i had it in me to appeal? lmao no way jose i allready lost! i lost cause mom was more believable and their was a higher probality she was telling the truth....what the heck kinda trial i that....5 witness's man 5 witness's testifying she lied, she admitted herself she lied. holy crap man

so the question is if you never abused your ex or abused drugs and alcohol while child was living and in your care would you bend to the will of the law and do all the treatment so you could "possibly" have more vistation with the child?

also in 2 years when the DV RO is up does mom have to prove to a court why she needs it for another 4 years?
because it seems to me a very good way to hide a kiddo from the other parent............

Uh...you appealed. It was denied. And...uh...you lost this whole thing because you are not stable, you won't follow the rules and you don't know when to stop.

If you have to ask this question, you have no business having visitation with a basil plant let alone visitation with a child.

I don't blame her for trying.

    Hi John.

Don't punish your kid because of anger towards her mom. Be a real man. Take those courses and become a part of your daughters life. Or just see about what my friend did - he did not want to pay the child support or have anything to do with the child....so an agreement was made....no child support, in exchange for no contact at all until she turned 18, and only IF she makes first contact.

Not even a little bit. She has a right to protect her child.
