Can I Sue the Owner

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Indiana

I am renting a house from a slumlord it seems. The homeowner has failed to fix anything but the heat. the toilets messed up. The air conditioner and the fridge. All messed up. The air she said she didn`t have the part and since it was aluxury item, she didnt have to fix it. The fridge she said she left it on her own and we were to use at our discretion.(It does not say that in my lease). She said she would reimburse me for the air conditioner. That hasn`t happened. I now wwant to know can I take her to court and do an abatement of the rent? Can I hold all of it? Or just some?

was the AC working when you moved in?


what proof do you have that the LL said she would reimburse you for the AC repair?

how is the toilet messed up?
