Now why would you want to do that?

    (And where are you located?)

You can get in trouble with your ex who potentially faces arrest thanks to your invitation.

Why do I get the impression that that's actually the intent?

if he is restrained from visiting your ma's house, he would be violating the RO. That could result in him going to jail.

as I said, if SHE is restrained from coming to the house, SHE could ultimately be violated and possibly face jail.

If you don't want her in jail, I think you need to invest in one of these:

    so, bottom line no BS.

she could possibly (likely) be violating the RO. She needs to read it so she knows exactly what it says.

As to you; I cannot think of why you would have an issue, at least from the court. What your ex might do to you if she is hauled off to jail after your "but you won't get into trouble" speech is something only she knows.

You might offer her some reading materials like this to help relax her:

This whole thread strikes me as coming from someone who is less interested in legal issues as he is in boasting that he has a sex life. Like we're going to be impressed.

Hmmm ... if MA has the restraining order against the ex, I'm wondering if Nostra Fides is underage?

At best, the sex kitten is somehow a threat to mom and sonny-boy has no problem putting mom at risk or disregarding her wishes.

Nostra, if you want a hook-up, and you're an adult, get a hotel room. Unless ... are YOU named as a protected party on the restraining order as well?
