NRMA Inclusion for a Minor

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania

I know I was stupid, and I have no excuse except for sheer impulse from shoplifting. I was caught and given a civil demand and notice that my name could be submitted to NRMA Theft Database.

I have 2 questions.

1. Since I am under 18, will my name be submitted to this database? I heard that they don't put increments of minors shoplifting on the database.

And 2. They've given me an address to pay them back to. Do I send cash or does it have to be a check?
