18 Year Old Boy, 15 Year Old Girl

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Georgia

I'm a 15 year old girl and the guy I had sex with was 18. If anyone was to find out about this, what would happen? Is it considered statutory rape? It was consensual but I didn't know if it was consensual according to the law.

It's not. Your boyfriend committed a crime for which he could face up to a year in prison.

statutory rape is a term used defining the action itself is illegal, irrespective of anything else. You are not able to consent to the act hence: statutory rape as opposed to forcible rape (which usually has even greater penalties)
