If they run your criminal record, they may be able to see that information.

If you were not charged in court it will not show and your record. You were not found guilty, because the charged were dropped.
The dismissal of a charge is not the same as a finding of not guilty.
It depends on how in depth of a search is done and when the actual crime was committed. I work with a company that does background checks for other companies.
