If you Commit a New Crime Before Discharge, Can You Still Face Probation Violation
My question involves criminal law for the state of: ohio. I was recently discharged from probation on a misdeamnor. While still on probation, I sent an email in someone else's name and now there might be charges for that. Can my probation be violated? Thank you.

    Disagreeable
    Re: Probation Violation
That depends on what the circumstances surrounding the email are. Your probation officer is best to ask.

If in fact you have been formally discharged from probation, it's unlikely that it's possible to reopen the case. The rest depends on the detailed facts.
