    Seems to me we were discussing a few different topics and I opined on some. I don't know what your question about constitutionality has to do with my words that you quoted, so I really don't know what your point is or how your post contributes anything of substance.

    Figures a guy called "Dumb Turkey" would become a sitting duck for a Know-it-all. :D

    If even you can't relate your comments to the question of constitutionality, perhaps you shouldn't have raised them as examples. It isn't my fault you went off-topic, nor am I able to read your mind to know when your non-sequiturs are supposed to be overlooked.
