    How to Report Welfare Fraud
    I know someone who is fraudulently receiving food stamps, I have been to several web sites for the stste in which I live, and there is no where for me to report this fraud.

    they are living in a different county than where they are claiming it, and they have several more people living there, paying rent, and working.

    And do you have access to those documents, case number, worker name, pay stubs, the names and SSN's of the people living there? How much they pay for rent? How much they earn?

    You do realize that you have no right to ANY of that information, right?

    Let me guess - this is about the boyfriend's ex, isn't it?

    Now you are aware that if you ask authorities to check in....they will also be asking why you are so interested and knowledgeable about the case.....

    Nah, they really won't.

    In fact, most of the time you can make an anonymous call.

    I know I can do it anonymously, and no not his ex, just another question I have been tossing around. I just didn,t know where I had gone to the government site and did not see anywhere to report fraud, now I have found it.
