Scenario - A 34 y/o male in Indiana, where the age of consent is 16, enters "phone sex" as an interest in Omegle. Omegle matches the person with another person with the same interest. The participant who joins states they are 16 years old. The 34 y/o m asks the 16 y/o if she wants to have phone sex. There was nothing more to the conversation. Is that illegal, if the 16 year old is from another state where the age of consent is older than 16?
