seriously? I hope the kid whips your ass and then you get arrested for it. Just because a response is not what you want it to be, that does not mean it was not helpful. It just means you are either to dumb or to immature to understand what you are being told.
and your continued communications with the kid is agitating him but that wasn't what I was speaking to. If you inflame him when you meet him, that it you inciting violence. If you noticed, my statement was framed in comments speaking to a situation where you would be physically faced with the kid.

The law says you have the *right* to use *some* degree of force to repel *any* degree of force being unlawfully applied against you. That is a given: you have a right to protect yourself from *anyone*. There are plenty of violent minor offenders in our prison system.
That said, keep in mind, if he comes looking for you, you need *witnesses*!! Make sure any witnesses you have around are going to be willing to take a day off for court and actually testify on your behalf. Make *Sure*!!
No witnesses? Well...that would make it his word against yours. I would go out of my way not to leave any *marks*....
