I Am U.S. Citizen and Want to Marry My Fiance with a B2 Visa
Hello....after 3 years in a relationship...my fiance, visiting on his B2 Visa a few times, living with me each time (a total of 9 months)....we now wish to get married.

He will once again, be visiting the U.S. within the next month......

We wish to just see a judge and marry simply. Then apply for change of status. He isn't wanting to go back after we are married of course. Our life will be here.
Does anyone foresee any problems? Is there anything I should do?

Thank you for any help!! :)

If you want to bring your fiancé into the U.S. to marry you, the proper visa to use is a fiancé visa. If he lies in order to enter the U.S., falsely claiming not to have the intent to immigrate when that's his intent all along, that lie can come back to haunt him - if the USCIS determines he committed fraud in order to enter the country they can bar him from the U.S.

If you want to try to game the system, there are lots of people who describe their experiences online; it's possible, but we can't guarantee outcomes for particular cases.
