Entering the U.S. with a Tourist Visa and a U.S. Citizen Child
    Hello,

My sister's son was born 2 years ago in the USA while she was here on a tourist visa. She now wants to come visit me for a couple of weeks, however, she's worried that they might tell her something and not let her in since her 2 yr old son would be coming with her. The boy's dad is not a US citizen either. Do you think she could have a problem when entering the country? Any advices?

We cannot change the background ties she will show in an effort to obtain another tourist visa. She can apply and hope, like everyone else.

Why does she believe her child's citizenship is relevant to her visa application or VWP entry?
