My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Georgia. However the Child resides with his mother and I in kansas as he has for five years. Father rarely exercises parenting time that he is allowed and it has reached the time where it is necessary to change the order as it is vague, and loopholes are far too easy to come by as with several other flaws.
