Hi, I'm creating a book for a person's church. It contains a history of the area with stories from church members and pictures.
The gentleman wants to have the pub page read "copyright(c)People at Church", rather than his name.
My question is: Can he put the copyright under "People at and the name of church" legally. will the copyright office accept that?
I was under the impression it needed to be a person, or a person listing the contribution of others, or at least an entity, such as
a corporation.
I would appreciate any help you can give me so I can inform my client properly.
Thank you in advance for your help.
