My question involves child support in the State of: CT and NY
I have a court order in the State of CT. Father lives in NY. I only received support payments when my son was an infant since I was receiving WIC. Since then I have not received anything. This is 20 years later. I attempted to get the State of CT to go after the father. I gave them his address, phone number and very thing. Still, no money.
I am here now because my son is now in college. I am financial broke. I have made it this far with no help. But I really need to get some help now!!!! Can anyone give me direction? The State of CT will not. Are there organization that will help me or law students????? Ideas are very welcome! Please I am tired and struggling! I want to come out on the other side with a success story!
