    Emancipation in Kentucky at 15
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Kentucky

At my house I am always yelled at because of my religion and always yelled at for things I didn't do. Outside of school and church I am not really aloud to go anywhere, I am smacked sometimes to the point there is bruises/headaches. I am constantly told that I can't go to church because of my behavior. They bring up my dad which upsetts me to the point where I go into a anxietty attack and I get yelled at for it. It has gotten to the point to where I have cut myself multiple times. I know I am 15 and have no job but there is no way I can stay here, not like this.

You will not qualify for emancipation, period.

If you're being abused, call child services.

The chances that a 15 year old with no job and no means to support herself will be emancipated are less than zero. It simply is not going to happen. Not even ghost of a prayer of a fraction of a chance. Simply, no.

But....but.....but..... I'm sure her 18 yr old boyfriends mommy said she could move in with them, cause his mommy loves her.
