Grandparent Rights with Incarcerated Father
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Indiana
If my son is dealing with incarceration coming up and supervised visits, can he help my case against my ex daughter in law? Can he testify on my behalf? Because I am sure I will have conflicting views with her on visits with grandchild, yet I know my son will be on my side. Will the judge consider his position on this? And if he is in jail, will he be able to come back on my behalf?
Re: Grandparent Rights with Mother vs Father
You don't need to post a new thread for every thought that pops into your head.
If your son presently enjoys visitation, even if supervised, he can allow you to see the child during his periods of visitation.
Is there a plan for visitation while he's incarcerated? He'll be incarcerated for how long?
Re: Grandparent Rights with Mother vs Father
sorry. I just had a lot of questions. He will be in for 3 years. Yes I do participate in the supervised visits now, but I was just wondering if I was going to be able to have him testify as well???
