Under 18, Lawful Entry, Any Way to Adjust Before 18th Birthday
Hello,
Our family came to the US from the Philippines on B1/B2 visas and has been overstaying for years now. My sister is under 18 years old, turning so in December of of this year.
We have recently come to the attention that she has yet to accrue an unlawful presence and is not subject to a 3/10-year bar. This of course will change at the end of this year.
Besides marriage of a US citizen, is there any way she can adjust her status? Preferably without having to leave the country?
We want to consult an immigration attorney, but we need all the information we can get before we make such a large investment.
Thank you in advance, your help is sincerely appreciated.

If you're asking whether you've identified any basis as of yet under which she would be entitled to adjust or change her status, no you have not. Although you haven't shared the details here, and she can discuss her case in detail with an immigration lawyer to have all possible options evaluated, I doubt that you'll find one.
