Statute of Limitations Retail Theft
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania - in 2007 - 15 yr old charged withultiple charges, county attempted to charge as agult, end result was adjudicated as a juvenile for charges and spent 15 months away. A charge of retail theft was part of the charges, we have now found that the retail theft is showing as a pending charge as are other charges that were to have been dropped. Would the statute of limitations void these charges?
Re: Statute of Limitations Retail Theft
Many states have a 2 year (or 24 month) sol.
