    Procuring Alcohol to Minors
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Nebraska

I have been invited to a party where a few old friends will be attending whom I have not seen for a long time. I would really enjoy to hang out and have a drink with them, but I am a little afraid that minors may also be attending. If this party were to be busted by the police, will I have to worry about any charges related to minors that may be present even though I will not be sharing alcohol with anybody there personally?

If you're going to a party where minors will be drinking, nobody here can guarantee that you won't end up cited for something.

Usually the only adult charged is the owner of the house but if you want to be safe then don't go, especially if you're worried that it will be so out of control that the police would show up.
