Promotion with a Criminal Background

okay so ive been working with my company for 3 years now.after being there for 6 months my manager wanted to promote me to managment i kept making excuses why i couldnt and the truth is im a convicted felon.i lied on my application after being turned down for jobs being truthful.so the problem is ive told everyone the truth about my record everyone knows including my gm,my dm,hr people everyone so i just want to know which company should i go through to run a check on myself first to see the result before i allow them to do one.nobody wants me to lose my job and their all on my side what can i do

If you want to know what will come back on a report from whatever background check service(s) your employer uses, you will need to get reports from those service(s). Even then it's possible that a subsequent report will include new information.
