    Here is the simple answer to your thread title question. Your probation officer isn't going to ask the court to change the terms of your probation no matter how much you complain or whine about it. Rather, the contrary.

    1. Your probation officer violates you.
    2. You get arrested and put in jail with a major bond.
    3. You appear before the original judge who revokes your probation and sentences you to whatever sentence was withheld, or if no sentence was withheld, he is free to sentence you to the maximum allowed by statute (along with fines) and usually does.
    4. You are transported back to the county jail or perhaps to state prison where you will serve your sentence.
    5. Say goodbye college and enjoy your stupidity.
    6. You have a criminal conviction on your permanent record so good luck with the minimum wage job search you will be conducting when you get out.
