Boss and Employees Trying to Screw Me and Family Over

Alright this question is for someone. From what he told me the place his father works, everyone treats him poorly and tries to screw him and his family over in anyway possible. His father got kicked out of a free class after the 9/11 terrorist attack. Also his mother, got her licensee suspended for elderly care (kinda like babysitting the elderly) when she didn't even start taking care of anyone yet. Other times things in safety deposit boxes went missing. his father strongly believes that his boss and people in his work are behind it all. what can be done about this since it seems everyone in his father's work is against him?

Note: This is in N.Y. And it seems the boss is well connected.

I have no idea what you are talking about. It sounds like somebody has some paranoid delusions. Property missing from safe deposit boxes? Heck, even the bank themselves cannot get into a safe deposit box without the customer key.

as to the mother getting her license to care for the elderly: yes, you have to get the license before you start working in that capacity. Why you think anything differently I have no idea.

sorry missed a word. She had her licensee suspended before she could even work.

licenses get suspended for reasons and the licensing board will tell you why it is suspended. What did they tell the mother?

some kinda bs story about her information fake and being fired form a job for negligence working and her trying to hide it. this is her first job.

she can always appeal the decision.
