Sorry for not finishing. Do you consider this as a start of retaliation on my supervisor's part?

    Continued Retaliation
My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: FLORIDA
I was referred to as a bitch & assaulted by the co worker who called me bitch. Nothing was done after complaining to mgmnt. filed Eeoc race gender discrim. Supervisor no longer wished to communicate with me after filing and started demeaning me at work in front of others. Starting writing me up on bogus allegations from male co-workers who have a issue with me giving them orders, even though I am in the lead position.when Ive had a squeaky clean evaluation with raises for prev six yrs. Is this the start of retaliation on my supervisor's part?

    Re: Continued Retaliation
Is this the start of retaliation on my supervisor's part? . It would appear so. You're free to amend your current EEOC or file a new one for prohibited retaliation subsequent to filing a complaint of gender discrimination and harassment.

    Re: Continued Retaliation
i did file amended retaliation charge. Now my supervisor has started altering my job description..I supervise 15+ employees. They have been allowed to work 48 hrs mon-thur doing reguar production floor duties. & i have been told to come in mon=fri to get 40hrs..but on fri I was told to paint a large room with huge shelves and spiders. I am the only black female lead in that position. Is this retaliating behavior? s much has happened

You need to be telling this to the EEOC. Document everything.

Is it a form of retaliating for him trying to make me paint that large room. If they selected you to do an unpleasant job because of your EEOC complaint, yes.
