There isn't one. A minor who is living on his or her own and can show that they are self-sufficient, *might* eventually be deemed emancipated by the state, if the state happens to feel like looking at their situation. But there is no procedure by which a minor can go to court and come out emancipated in Colorado.
So if your parents are willing to let you move out, go ahead.

Okay, that makes sense.
But then are they still liable for me? Not that I'm gonna go be a retard and try and get in trouble, but is there any kind of information on that?

Yes, they are still liable for you until you turn 18. There is no way around that. There simply is not a way in your state to become emancipated until AFTER you have already been living on your own and supporting yourself completely. If your Dad doesn't want to be responsible for you, that's just too bad for him.
