Still on Lease but Moved Out - Is it Trespassing to Return
My girlfriend and I broke up and I moved out of the our apt that we both were on the lease for. I am technically still on the lease but she is saying since I already moved out if I try to enter the apt she will have me arrested for trespassing. Is this possible if I am still on the lease?

There's no "technically" here. Either you are or you aren't.

Nope. As long as you are still named on the lease - and one presumes you're still paying your share of the rent? - you have access to the apartment until the end of the lease term.

You want to reenter for what reason? To move back in with your ex-girlfriend, against her wishes?

Are you still using the apartment as your legal address? If she were to call the police, would your driver's license show the apartment as your address or would you be in the position of saying, "Yes, I moved out and this isn't my address any more, but trust me - I'm on the lease so I should be able to come and go as I please"?
