Im trying to change my Fathers name, i just recently found my bio father and would like to put him back onto the birth cirt. i have no knowledge oh who the person is that is currently on the cirt.. please help.. and also if i could get info on changing my name on my birth cirt... i already went through the court and have copies of the court order name change.
A name change is not the same as a change in parentage (which is basically what you're talking about here).
The person on your birth certificate is your legal father - if there is nobody on it, assuming paternity has not been established, we'll need to know where in the US you're located and your age.
(There's only a certain amount of time in which paternity can be established)
