    Ticket from Red Light Camera
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Iowa
My business just received a citation in the mail for one of our vehicles running a red light. They sent a picture of the vehicle from behind and a picture of the tag. It is a vehicle registered to the business and came here but there is no picture or anything of the person driving. I can do some research and locate the driver, but can they enforce this without a picture of the driver? If I don't pay and the car is seen in the state, can they impound the car or arrest the driver? Thanks in advance.

What statue was cited with the nice notice?

I understand Iowa's red light camera programs to be governed by local ordinance, not state law, and we cannot look up the ordinance unless you identify it. What jurisdiction is involved and what ordinance is cited on the ticket?
